Woven Copper Bracelet

There are things you put on and instantly feel your body remembering something. I created this piece for those who are always on the move - whose hands, wrists, and arms bear the weight of life well.

Three strands - yellow brass, silver, copper - hand-twisted and shaped, from shelf to shelf, with tools that have been with me since most people have lived.

Copper has been worn close to the body for a long time. Long before it was sold in shops or written about. The people who wore it continued to wear it and passed it on.
