I have been making these by hand in my small workshop for many years.
Pure copper, one piece at a time — the same way I have always done it.

Frequently asked questions
Almost certainly because what you wore before was not solid copper.
The vast majority of copper jewellery sold online is copper-plated — a thin layer over a base metal, which means almost no real copper ever touches your skin.
Every piece I make is 100% pure copper, through and through. No plating, no base metal, no coating. The difference between solid copper and plated metal against the skin is significant, and most people notice it.
The other factor is consistency — copper works through daily wear over time, not through occasional use. Wear it every day for a month before you decide.

I have been asked this for years. Here is what I know:
Copper is an essential mineral the human body genuinely needs, and wearing it against the skin is a practice that predates modern medicine by thousands of years.
I have never promised anyone anything. What I can tell you is that people who came to me at 55, 60, 65 keep coming back — year after year, decade after decade — without my ever having to explain why.
Whether you call that placebo or not, the people who wear our copper noticed something they want to keep noticing. I have never needed to know more than that.
Formal clinical studies have produced mixed results, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
What I will say is this: copper has been worn on human skin for more than 3,000 years in almost every civilisation on earth. Roman soldiers. Ayurvedic healers. Native craftspeople. Generations of women who passed it to their daughters, who passed it on to theirs.
They did not run double-blind trials. They wore what their grandmothers wore.
My customers are not scientists either — they are simply people who tried everything else first.
Yes, you can.
Pure copper is naturally resilient — it has been worn for centuries by fishermen, farmers and labourers, in every weather and in every water.
That said, a few things worth knowing:
- Salt water and chlorine speed up the patina process — your piece will darken and age faster than with dry wear
- This is not damage. It is simply the copper responding to its environment, the way real metal does
- Long or repeated exposure to chlorinated pools can affect the finish over time
If you want to keep the original shine, rinse the piece in fresh water after swimming and pat it dry. Otherwise — just wear it. It is made to be lived in, not stored away.
Copper is a base metal, yes.
What you are paying for is years of handcraft, 100% pure material, and the fact that this is the last collection I will ever make.
I turned down two large wellness companies that wanted to mass produce my designs, because I refused to put my name on anything I had not made with my own hands.
Every piece in this shop was shaped, engraved and finished by me. Once these are gone, there will be no more.
