Copper Bracelet

Two strands, hand-braided. Designed to be durable.

Six magnets were added to the bracelet, and then I quietly placed the stones where the braiding meets – nothing was forced, it simply went where it belonged. I then finished it in the same way I have every piece over the past forty years: slowly, deliberately, until it came together.

People who work with their hands have long been drawn to copper. I’ve never had to explain why.
